1. Online reservations are available for groups of up to 10 guests. For larger bookings click "more guests" and provide details in the comments section; we will contact you to finalize the arrangements for the group reservation. 2. An email and/or SMS confirming the reservation guarantees your spot. A notification stating that the reservation is being processed does not constitute confirmation. 3. Seating is assigned by a member of the restaurant staff. We cannot guarantee a specific table; however, we will do our best to accommodate guests’ requests whenever possible. 4. Dock19 Restaurant does not guarantee table availability after 15 minutes past the declared arrival time. 5. A service charge of 12.5% will be added to tables of 5 guests or more. We do not split bills. 6. A VAT invoice can be issued upon request. Please send the billing details in advance or inform the staff when placing your order if you wish to receive the document. 7. On special occasions such as Holidays, New Year’s Eve, St. Andrew’s Day (Andrzejki), Halloween, Valentine’s Day, or during private events, reservation conditions may differ.
